The version named ‘Gandalf’s Windows 10PE x64 Redstone 2 …’ was the last ‘free’ downloadable version of Gandalf PE. Today you have to ‘DONATE’, this can be done via the homepage of this project linked here in the article. Once you have made a donation, you will receive a link to download Gandalf PE. In my opinion, it is technically no longer ‘free software’ as it originally was.
