We built lockrMail because email is broken. What was once an effective way to communicate has become overwhelming and detrimental to our daily productivity. Increasingly, brands are using email as their primary marketing channel and inboxes have become inundated with promotional offers. As consumers, we have lost control, and we are sacrificing our right to privacy and time.In order to save their inboxes (and sanity), many consumers are shifting towards “throw away” email products that provide a new email address for every website, giving the user easy ability to “turn off” an alias when they no longer want to receive emails from that brand. But these solutions pose a host of new problems, from lost emails, to limited binary filters, and difficulty communicating with brand customer service.lockrMail is a long-term solution that addresses many of consumers’ primary pain points while being careful not to create new ones.
