The app provides framework of six simple steps, beginning with identifying the key challenges and culminating in a clear roadmap to make your vision a reality.Features along the way include pre-built content libraries, cost estimation, capability heatmaps and an interactive prioritization matrix.The Jibility Steps® method ensures a consistent and logical approach to building your roadmap. The method has its roots in capability-based planning; a highly effective means of ensuring your organization is properly equipped and prepared to achieve its strategic vision.About the TeamJibility was created by a team of business and IT consultants based in Australia. Following careers that spanned the UK, US, Australia, Germany and beyond, the team began to wonder if there was an easier way for companies to tackle one of the most common challenges: bridging that gap between strategic vision and successful execution. We couldn’t find a simple software solution that fitted the bill, so we decided to create it ourselves: Jibility.
